Refund policy

At Wezapps Limited, we are committed to delivering high-quality software, mobile applications, and website solutions to our clients in both local and international markets. 1. General Policy

Due to the nature of custom software development services, refunds are generally not provided once a project has commenced. However, exceptions may be made under specific circumstances as outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests may be considered under the following conditions:

  • Project Cancellation:If the project is canceled by the client before any work has commenced, a full refund will be issued, minus any administrative fees incurred.
    If significant work has already been completed, Wezapps Limited reserves the right to deduct fees corresponding to the work already performed.
  • Failure to Deliver:In the unlikely event that Wezapps Limited is unable to deliver the agreed-upon deliverables within the timeline and scope outlined in the contract, clients may request a partial or full refund depending on the circumstances.
  • Defective Deliverables:If the delivered software, app, or website fails to meet the agreed-upon requirements and Wezapps Limited is unable to rectify the issue within a reasonable timeframe, clients may be eligible for a refund after review.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

  • Consultation fees.
  • Third-party software licenses, hosting fees, and domain registration costs.
  • Maintenance and support services once delivered.

Completed milestones and approved work stages.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Submit a written refund request to support@wezapps.com.bd including the project name, invoice number, and reason for the refund.
  • Our team will acknowledge your request within 2 working day.
  • We will review the request and communicate the resolution within 10 business days.
  • Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 15 business days.

5. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding a refund, Wezapps Limited encourages both parties to engage in good faith discussions to resolve the issue amicably. If necessary, disputes may be escalated to arbitration in accordance with the governing laws outlined in the service agreement.

6. Amendments

Wezapps Limited reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or through an announcement on our website.
